I have successfully completed many in-house/joint venture projects, in which I was the Principle Consultant having sole responsibility to design, develop, implement and maintain the Business Management Systems followed by successful accreditation to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001. The projects include:
- – In-house department, “Contingency Response Planning” was certified to ISO 9001:2000 in April 2006.
- – Dnata Airport Operations won the award DQAP (Dubai Quality Appreciation Program) in the year 2005.
- – Dnata Agencies won the award DQAP (Dubai Quality Appreciation Program) in the year 2005.
- – Joint Venture Dnata INC (Manila / Philippines) was certified to ISO 9001 in November 2005.
- – Facilitated Customer Satisfaction Survey and Employee Satisfaction Survey in the year 2005.

Berkeley Services, UAE, is a part of Berkeley International Group of Companies (Australia), operating worldwide for over 40 years in the multi-service Industry. It was established in 1984 having offices in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. It employs over 4000 men and women of various nationalities.
As the first Service Company in the UAE to qualify for ISO 9002 certification, the Company continues to set the market standards in quality of service. All operations function 24-hours, seven days a week, from the smallest office to the largest building or complex, providing quality, individual client attention, and comprehensive property services.

Operations Manager – Dubai Contracts (Berkeley Services – Dubai)
Purpose: To lead a division and to solve all operational problems for existing customers by personal expertise and leadership of a team of area Managers/ Supervisors whilst achieving maximum profitability and growth of the Company.

- – Conducting internal audits at planned intervals to determine whether the quality management system conforms to the planned arrangements and is effectively implemented and maintained.

The Dubai Quality Award (DQA) and Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA) are based on the Excellence Model of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). Mr. Mahboob is a qualified/certified “Senior DQA Assessor” for the last 15 consecutive years in which he has assessed many organizations who intended to win such awards. Mr. Mahboob also served in a Team Leader role for such assessments.
